Our Mission
ImagineFreedom.Fund is a Qualified Opportunity Zone Fund investing in a transformative dual-use innovation campus at a former underground missile base in Sprague, Washington. We combine tax-advantaged investment structures with cutting-edge manufacturing and agricultural technology to create exceptional returns while building economic opportunity.
Our dual-entity structure includes a Manufacturing OpCo producing zero-emission basalt fiber materials and an AgTech OpCo developing resilient food cultivation and water technologies. This innovative model allows us to access multiple federal funding programs—including BIA loan guarantees, USDA rural development financing, and innovation grants—without regulatory overlap.
As a 51% Alaska Native-owned project in a designated Opportunity Zone, we offer investors 100% federal capital gains tax elimination on appreciation with a 10-year hold, while simultaneously creating skilled employment, advancing sustainable technology, and strengthening domestic production capabilities.
